Low pressure detergent on siding, brick, stucco and Hardie board. It kills the algae at the root instead of blasting it off, so it stays clean roughly twice as long. Plants get soaked before and rinsed after.
Surface cleaner on driveways, walkways, patios and pool decks, with no zebra striping. We finish with a post treatment that slows the algae from coming back through the winter.
Those black streaks are gloeocapsa magma, a living algae eating your shingle granules. We treat it at low pressure per ARMA guidelines. Never a pressure washer on a roof, because that voids most shingle warranties.
Two different jobs. Clearing pulls the debris out and flushes the downspouts. Brightening removes the black "tiger stripes" on the gutter face, which no amount of rinsing will touch.
Pressure dialed down for cedar, pine and composite so we clean the wood instead of furring it. If you're staining afterward, book us 48 hours ahead so the boards dry properly.

Plants get soaked and we start at low pressure. If a surface needs more, we step up, not the other way around. Typical home takes three to five hours.
Before we pack up, you look at every surface with the crew lead. Anything you're not happy with, we redo it that day. Payment happens after, not before.
We are based on Murphy Road in West Nashville and we cover all of Middle Tennessee. If you don't see your town on the list, call us. We still get out there.
Pressure washing uses force. Soft washing uses a detergent at low pressure and lets chemistry do the work. Siding, painted surfaces, stucco and roofs get soft washed, because high pressure on those forces water behind the surface and strips finish. Concrete, brick pavers and most fencing can take real pressure. We use both, and we pick based on the surface, not on what's faster.
Not the way we run it. Plants get a heavy water soak before we start, we tarp anything sensitive, and everything gets rinsed again when we finish. Saturated soil and leaves can't absorb much of anything. If you have a koi pond or a vegetable bed against the house, tell us and we'll work around it.
Once a year for most homes. Walls that face north and anything under tree cover go faster, because humidity plus shade is exactly what algae wants. Roofs stretch to every two to three years after the first treatment. Concrete in full sun can go two years easily.
Usually because that quote covers one side of the house with bleach and no rinse, and it's back to green in four months. We're licensed under #261533, we carry general liability, we post our rates, and we redo anything you're not happy with. We recommend service twice a year, which keeps the growth from ever getting a foothold. If price is the deciding factor, the annual plan gets you 10% off list and locks it for two years.
Spring and early summer are our busiest, so lead times stretch to two or three weeks. December through February we run 10% off. The work is identical as long as we're above freezing, and it's the cheapest way to get on our schedule.
